YJ-R505是一種內摻型（DCI）復合氨基醇類有機阻銹劑，由多種不同類型的醇胺類有機物與具有特定阻銹作用的無機組分復合而成，不含亞硝酸鹽。混凝土中加入YJ-R505后，阻銹劑中的不同組分能夠在鋼筋表面形成吸附膜、沉淀膜以及氧化膜，起到阻斷有害物質與鋼筋表面的接觸，阻止或延緩銹蝕發生的時間；同時YJ-R505具有一定的減水效果，能夠有效改善混凝土拌合物的性能以及提高混凝土抗滲性能，降低溶解氧的擴散速率以及氯離子的擴散系數。二者綜合作用，最終達到提高混凝土結構的耐久性，延長混凝土結構使用壽命的目的。

施工注意事項

1、YJ-R505略有減水作用，可在保持原流動度的情況下適當減水。

2、本品適應于通用水泥、特種水泥和粉煤灰、礦渣粉及硅灰等礦物摻合料，與常用減水劑有較好的相容性。

3、加入本品的混凝土工程，必須事先做配合比試驗。

YJ-R505復合氨基醇類阻銹性能試驗研究包括鹽水浸漬試驗與混凝土浸烘試驗，具體試驗方法參照YB/T9231《鋼筋阻銹劑使用技術規程》進行。

Remarks.

3、使用說明

1、YJ-R505摻入混凝土中，阻止或延緩鋼筋銹蝕，在國際分類中，屬于“摻入型”（DCI）。
