XZ-838 水鉆上下料對接機

主要特點：

1．該機為＂XZ-828斜面-平面磨拋一體機＂的配套設備,用于水鉆的上下料對接工作。

3. 控制系統采用先進的電腦PLC和液晶觸摸屏，系統穩定可靠，參數設置調節方便。觸摸屏全部顯示中文，嵌套式菜單，易學易用，普通工人看了說明書即可上崗 。

4． 夾具針加熱采用高頻加熱機，加熱穩定且時間短。相比煤氣加熱節約了時間和能源，不但節約了成本還增強了使用安全性。還更易控制膠粉溫度，從而提高了產品產量和成品率。

6．專門設計的對接加熱管具有升降功能，對接時可二次加熱膠粉，即確保對接牢固。還具有對接循環功能，可設定對接完后的熱夾具直接去沾膠粉，即節約時間，又節約能量。

7. 專門設計的故障排除功能，可從觸摸屏上迅速判斷輸入輸出信號是否正常，比如開關是否正常，按鈕是否損壞等,從而快速解決問題。
