Product Introduction:

By brand new waterbased acrylic polymer, special additive, pigments and anti-stain addictive.

產品性能:

附著力強，防腐蝕性能優良，漆面光潔美觀，適用于金屬表面的保護和裝飾。

Product Function:

Strong adhesive, good anti-sepsis, smooth film, apply to protect and decorate metallic surface.

1、顏色與外觀：粘稠均勻混合液體，顏色可按需定制。

2、粘度：80±3ku（25℃）

3、細度：≤30um

4、固含量：34±2%

5、表干時間：30min(30℃)

6、實干時間：8小時（80℃）

7、附著力：2級

8、耐人工老化性能（600h）/級：粉化1,變色1

9、耐鹽霧性能(7d)/級：1

10、防銹：良

11、比重：1.15±0.03g/cm3(25℃)

使用方法：

1、施工方法：浸漆/噴涂

2、施工環境：氣溫25℃，空氣濕度<80%；

3、可以加適量清水，攪拌均勻（10%）；

4、進行烘干；

貯存：避免0℃以下長期貯存，防止凍結。

Usage:

1. Application: dip coating/Spray;

2. Working Environment: Temperature 25℃，RH<80%；

3. Few water is allowed, and stir well （10%）;

4. Heat dry;

Storage: Avoid store in temperature lower than 0℃ over a long period.
