BALANCE SYSTEM
Use torsion springs to balance the door weight. Springs are calculated by a special computer program, its excellent calculation method always provide right springs for you which make the door kept in well balanced status. The spring is made of alloy spring wire, it is blackened and the life-span (number of cycles) is not less than 20,000 cycles.
The balance system is preassembled in workshop, it is more convenient for the door installation.
TRACKS
C-shaped 2” tracks, 2.0mm thickness galvanized. The tracks are welded together with the vertical angle plate or horizontal angle plate, which enhanced both the rigidity and intensity of the tracks.
Reliable performance of the track forming machine and bending machine assure the tracks right shaped, straight and with smooth surface. These high quality tracks make the door move smoothly and noise less.
