4． 夾具針加熱采用高頻加熱機(jī)，加熱穩(wěn)定且時(shí)間短。相比煤氣加熱節(jié)約了時(shí)間和能源，不但節(jié)約了成本還增強(qiáng)了使用安全性。還更易控制膠粉溫度，從而提高了產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)量和成品率。

6．專(zhuān)門(mén)設(shè)計(jì)的對(duì)接加熱管具有升降功能，對(duì)接時(shí)可二次加熱膠粉，即確保對(duì)接牢固。還具有對(duì)接循環(huán)功能，可設(shè)定對(duì)接完后的熱夾具直接去沾膠粉，即節(jié)約時(shí)間，又節(jié)約能量。

7. 專(zhuān)門(mén)設(shè)計(jì)的故障排除功能，可從觸摸屏上迅速判斷輸入輸出信號(hào)是否正常，比如開(kāi)關(guān)是否正常，按鈕是否損壞等,從而快速解決問(wèn)題。
